About Frank
Frank Molnar is Managing Partner of the Lifestyle Group at Oceans Commercial and has spent more than 40 years in Central Florida. He founded the Lifestyle Group in 2018 and has led it since. On every assignment he does the work himself: the pricing, the offering memorandum, the buyer calls, the negotiation and the closing.
His practice covers land, retail, multifamily and hospitality property, together with commercial investment sales for private owners, partnerships, estates and trusts. He represents sellers and buyers working inside a 1031 exchange, where the 45-day identification and 180-day closing deadlines set the pace of the assignment. Frank is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he studied finance.
Recognition
In 2025 Frank received the CoStar Power Broker Award as a Top Sales Broker in the Deltona/Daytona Beach market, and he was the winner in the Real Estate Agent category of the 2025 Volusia-Flagler Community’s Choice Awards, presented by the Daytona Beach News-Journal. Oceans Commercial was separately named a 2025 CoStar Top Sales Firm in the same market. In September 2026 he was quoted in the Daytona Beach News-Journal / USA TODAY Network on the Volusia condominium market.
Board service and civic work
Frank serves on the board of the Halifax Health Foundation and, by appointment of the Volusia County Council in February 2025, on the board of the Halifax Area Advertising Authority for the 2025–2027 term. The Authority does business as the Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau and oversees the county’s bed-tax marketing spending. He is a member of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Community events
Frank is a co-presenter of the annual Art of Speed at ONE DAYTONA with Gallery500, benefiting The NASCAR Foundation. In November 2025 he ran the race-charity program at the Space Coast Region PCA’s Heritage 24 at Daytona International Speedway, benefiting the Halifax Health Foundation and Toys for Tots, with the Lifestyle Group as a sponsor. In April 2026 the Lifestyle Group sponsored a Daytona Regional Chamber leadership forum on Daytona-area redevelopment at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. He spoke at the 2025 UCF Real Estate Conference, where he presented the Academic Excellence Awards.
