How we work

A principal on every assignment.

The practice is deliberately small. That is what lets two people know every file, every buyer list and every parcel they are marketing.

  1. Principal-led

The person you meet first is the person who prices the property, writes the offering memorandum, calls the buyers and sits at the closing table. There is no hand-off to a junior team.

  2. Sales and acquisitions only

We represent sellers and buyers of land and commercial property, and nothing else. Every hour goes into valuation, marketing, negotiation and due diligence on a sale or an acquisition.

  3. Daytona Beach, and the Orlando metro

The office is in Daytona Beach, under Oceans Commercial. Drake Dickerson is based in Winter Park, so the practice serves Winter Park and the Orlando metro directly, and takes assignments across Florida by engagement.
