  • Selling land or a building: the address or parcel ID, approximate acreage or square footage, and whether you want a written broker opinion of value (not an appraisal).
  • Looking for property: property type, size range, the submarkets you would consider, and whether the purchase is inside a 1031 exchange — if so, your closing date, so we can work to your day-45 and day-180 deadlines.
  • Builders and developers: lot or acreage targets, product type and the timing of your next land committee.
