Who we are
This website is published by the Lifestyle Group, a team of licensed real estate professionals at Oceans Commercial, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means the Lifestyle Group principals and the brokerage they work under.
The brokerage’s legal entity is Oceans Luxury Realty Full Service, LLC, doing business as Oceans Commercial. Its office address, phone number and the principals’ contact details are in the contact section at the end of this page.
What we collect automatically: nothing
The pages on this site are plain files. They do not set cookies, load analytics scripts, embed tracking pixels or fingerprint your browser. There is no visitor login and nothing is stored in your browser on our behalf. Because the site does not track you, a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser has nothing to switch off.
Server logs
Like every website, the server that hosts this one keeps standard access logs: the IP address a request came from, the browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Our hosting company (GoDaddy) keeps those logs for security and troubleshooting under its own privacy policy. We do not use them to identify visitors and we do not combine them with anything else.
The inquiry forms on this site (the contact page, the homepage, the land, residential and property pages) are processed by Formspree, Inc., a form-handling service. When you press “Send”, your entries travel to Formspree’s servers, Formspree stores the submission, and it emails a copy to the principals. Formspree also records technical details such as your IP address to filter spam. Its handling of that data is described in the Formspree privacy policy.
What an inquiry form sends

If your browser has JavaScript switched off, or Formspree asks you to complete a spam check, the form submits directly on Formspree’s website and you will see a confirmation page there instead of a message on ours.
Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, or other sensitive financial information in a form or an email. If a transaction needs that information later, we will arrange a secure way to exchange it.
Email and phone
When you email or call one of the principals, we keep your message, your contact details and notes of the conversation so that we can respond and follow up. The principals’ email addresses shown on this site are Gmail accounts, so email to them is stored and delivered by Google LLC under Google’s privacy policy. Calls and text messages go to the principals’ mobile phones through their carriers.
How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry and to discuss the property or requirement you contacted us about.
- If you engage the brokerage, to carry out that work: preparing a broker opinion of value, marketing a property, sourcing sites, negotiating and coordinating a closing.
- To send you follow-up about properties or market information you asked for. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.
- To keep the records that Florida real estate law requires a brokerage to keep.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use it for automated profiling or for targeted advertising, and we do not buy marketing lists.
Who we share it with
- The brokerage. The principals work under Oceans Commercial. The broker of record and office staff may see inquiries and transaction files for supervision and record-keeping.
- Service providers. Formspree (forms), Google (email, fonts and, if you load one, maps) and GoDaddy (hosting) process data for us under their own terms. They are listed in the next section.
- The other side of a transaction. If you ask us to make an offer, request an offering memorandum or open negotiations on your behalf, we pass on what that requires — for example to a property owner, a listing brokerage, a title company or your qualified intermediary — and no more.
- When the law requires it. To comply with a court order, a licensing authority or other legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of visitors, clients and the brokerage.
Third-party services on this site
Google Fonts
Our pages load the typefaces Source Serif 4 and Archivo from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address and browser details with that request. Google states that the Fonts API does not set cookies; see Google Fonts privacy and data collection.
Google Maps (click to load)
Maps on the contact page and on property pages do not load until you press “Load map”. Until then, nothing is requested from Google. After you load a map, Google Maps content runs inside an embedded frame, and Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and the location you viewed under Google’s privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, the street address is printed on the same page.

Links to other websites
Pages on this site link to outside sources such as the IRS, FINRA, professional bodies, county and university data sources and the brokerage’s residential site. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in Formspree’s dashboard until we delete them there, and Formspree keeps its own copies according to its retention terms. Emails, messages and notes about an inquiry are kept while the inquiry is active. If the inquiry becomes a transaction, the records become part of the brokerage’s transaction file and are kept for as long as Florida real estate record-keeping rules require. Everything else is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to stop follow-up messages, or to delete it. We will do so unless a law or a record-keeping rule requires us to keep a copy, in which case we will tell you. Send requests to either principal using the details in the contact section; we respond to every request.
Children
This site is about commercial and land real estate and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send through a form is encrypted between your browser and Formspree. Email is not always encrypted end to end, and no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive financial information through this site.
Changes to this policy
If we add a service that changes how information is handled — analytics, a newsletter, an inventory embed — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. We will not apply a change retroactively to information you already sent us without telling you.
Privacy questions and requests go to either principal. Written requests can be posted to the office address below.
